Dear Mark & Maria
I known for some years.  You are both dedicated carers for the people that most need you.  But when Maria said Mark has been in bed for two days suffering gout.  and certainly suffering but did not expect  in my wildest dreams, you would leave your bed and call on us.  How does someone thank a person like you.

The next thing that happened was even more remarkable.  Mark turned up with a replacement chair to make  my pain much better and I was able to leave my bed as well.

I would like to thank you and the family for looking after me when I came to the shop, your help and kindness was very refreshing.

It was a pleasure to be able to get some good advice for it can be so difficult to get the right service, as if you send away for a price list and lists of models, all you get back are pictures of the models but no price list.  The next thing is a phone call to say that someone will call to give you a test drive, then and only then will you learn the prices, and they don’t like it if you don’t place an order right there and then.   But it was easy to talk to you all and I am very pleased with my Scooter.

Dear Mark &  Marie

I just want to thank you for all your help over the years with the supply, service and repair of my electric chair.  The service you provide is something you usually do not get from other companies.

Last month I had a puncture in my chair and Mark’s Mobility was out by the evening to repair it which is exceptional.

Then I was in need of a hospital bed and you made enquiries and ordered one.  Mark delivered and assembled it the following week.
