Ordering From Mark's Mobility Co.UK.
Browse through our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. When you have made your selection, click on “checkout” You will then be asked to provide details so that we can process the order. Orders can only be sent to the billing address of the cardholder placing an order.

Delivery schedule:
We try to process all orders, where possible, within 24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, please allow 3-5 days for delivery within the UK. 5-7 days for Europe and 7-14 days Rest of World. Where SURFACE mail is selected the delivery time will be much longer 2-5 weeks for Europe 6-12 weeks Rest of World.

Payment:

We accept payment by Cash, Cheques (sent by registered mail) We also accept PayPal, safe online payments that allow you to pay with your credit or debit card. Buyers from outside the UK please note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES OR MONEY ORDERS IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY OTHER THAN GB POUNDS STERLING £’s

Packaging:


At Mark's Mobility.co.uk, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.

Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland)


For UK mainland deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. The postage cost per item should be shown along side the item description, if it is not, please email Mark's Mobility.co.uk for a quote. Items mailed within the UK will normally be sent first class recorded delivery and insured for £30.00. Heavier items may be sent Parcel Force 48 hour and will normally be insured for the full replacement value of the item. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance, Special Delivery or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. Mark's Mobility.co.uk reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.

Overseas & non-mainland UK:


For overseas and non-mainland UK deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. The postage cost per item should be shown along side the item description, if it is not, please email us at for a quote. Items mailed outside the UK will normally be sent Airmail and insured for £30.00. Heavier items may be sent Surface mail (if selected) and will normally be insured for £30.00. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. Mark's Mobility.co.uk reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate. Enhanced insurance up to a value of £200.00 starts at just £1.00 extra and is highly recommended.

Cancellation:


You have the right to cancel your transaction within 7 days from placing your order providing your goods have not been received, if you have received the goods you may return them to us as per the returns section below to claim your refund.

Returns:


NOTE; Your statutory  rights are not affected in any way in accordance with the distance selling regulations Mark’s Mobility gives the customer a 7 day cooling off period in which orders can be returned after the delivery date.  Upon receipt of the goods, if you require to  return the product(s) you will be personally responsible for return delivery incurring any delivery cost.  If you would like to return your product please contact our team on 0117 9155 253 Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm who will note down your request and action accordingly.


Any returned product(s) must be complete, unused, in an undamaged state and returned in their original outer packaging.  Mark’s Mobility reserve the right to charge for repair, replacement or repackaging of any products not returned in their original condition.  This charge may include the cost of parts, materials, packaging, labour and any subsequent loss to Mark’s Mobility.


All orders that are returned will be subject to a 10% administration and handling charge unless otherwise agreed with a member of our Customer Service Team.
Customers who decide to return goods which required specific skilled technicians to visit the delivery address will only have 80% of the total value of their purchase redeemed, this is due to the cost of delivery and specific skilled personnel utilised in the home visit.

NOTE;  All incontinence products, commodes, compression stocking/tights and hearing aids are not covered by this regulation due to Personal Hygiene  Law.
